How does it work in practice?
By analyzing six key areas, the company’s sales and growth maturity is mapped out. Founders, board members, and other key stakeholders respond to structured questions using a quality-assured and weighted method. This is done through the company’s insight panel — either in a facilitated dialogue or online.
The responses generate an SRGS Index Report – encrypted, confidential, and accessible via the company’s own insight panel. The current state is presented in a joint workshop where we align on priorities and define a concrete action plan.
The result: A shared, fact-based view of the company’s current position that creates alignment, focus, and momentum. Execution is then followed up according to a clear timeline.

Systematic process - No Complications
Current State
We conduct a structured current-state analysis together with key stakeholders and the board. The result is a data-driven SRGS Index — the company’s starting point for scalable growth. All data is handled confidentially, securely, and with encryption.
Coordination
During a half-day workshop, the SRGS results are presented. Together, we identify the most important areas for improvement and compile them into a concrete action plan — available in your report and insight panel.
Execution & Action
The action plan is put into motion. Responsibility is assigned to internal or external resources with a clear mandate to drive progress. You track advancements toward the SRGS Index within an agreed-upon timeframe.
The results are followed up periodically (annually, semi-annually, or quarterly) after actions have been implemented. A new SRGS Index is generated and compared to the previous one — all available in your insight panel to support continuous improvement and learning.
